Whether the suit has legs or not, an injunction would pretty much mean the end of every organization that depends on the distribution of Linux.

Oddly, I wasn't able to find too much free stuff I would have been interested in, seeing as most of it is composed of free food or age creams and I am immune to Father Time's hoary touch; but there is probably the odd 400ml sample bottle of personal lubricant that you can still get past the TSA.
